Any person photographed retains rights over their image. However, unless expressly opposed, the photographer may publish the images without requesting prior consent. If you do not wish your photos to be published, you must notify us at the time of your order or during the photo shoot.
If you did not oppose prior to the photo shoot but later believe that publication causes you harm, you may request removal by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, sent to the address indicated on this site.
The photographer cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any publication made prior to receipt of your request. Upon receiving your objection, the photographer commits to removing the concerned images as quickly as possible, within the limits of technical constraints.
Consumer Mediation
If direct communication becomes impossible, any consumer acting as a private individual must have access to impartial and free mediation.
